Elite Concepts & Marketing LLC is seeking extraordinary individuals to provide sales support by setting face to face appointments for our top producing Territory Managers and their team of sales representatives. This position consists of simple repetitive tasks which are consistent, however, may vary in order to adapt to an efficient and effective business model.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of appointments, building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle utilizing EC&M's systems.
- Must follow ECM's system as outlined by the Territory Manager.
- You MUST be coachable regardless of how much telesales experience you have or how much you think you know about the subject.
Essential Job Functions:
- Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all leads whether self-generated generated by the assigned Territory Manager.
- Be effective with clients on the phone; must be comfortable with following a script and making the script sound NOTHING like a script because you’ve internalized it so well that it has become YOU! And you must be able to learn objection handling scripts to circumvent “walls” that potential customers put up to block you out.
MUST meet target goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Receptive to change and the evolution of an effective telecommunications and SmartHome Automation & Security business model.
Nature of Supervision:
The successful candidate must be able to work with little supervision to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks, although general instruction and/or functional guidance may be provided on some tasks to be performed. Must be able to address and resolve issues and take the initiative to follow through to ensure appropriate success at appointment setting. Must be a self-motivated person and DRIVEN to succeed.
Must have a background in call center sales/collections with a track record of achievement.
Minimum availability of 20 hours a week initially during the hours of 4pm to 9pm.

You will control the conversion of our leads to actual clients. You are the face of our Team until the lead is nurtured into an appointment!
Commission only for first 60 days
Base hourly wage plus commission after 60 day evaluation
